My philosophy as a personal trainer is that an integrative approach to health and fitness needs to
strengthen muscle tone, increase flexibility and improve cardiovascular efficiency while being fun.
With these goals in mind, I have developed a comprehensive fitness program tailor-made to meet
your specific needs, with the overall goal of achieving fitness and well-being.
The program includes time to warm up at the beginning of each session and then focuses on the
three key elements that make up an effective fitness plan:
1) Developing strength, 2) Increasing flexibility, 3) Improving your cardiovascular system. Sessions
end with relaxation exercises that serve as a transition from the physical demands on your body to
a steady state of equilibrium, positive energy and health.
