MEIR'S
My philosophy as a personal trainer is that an integrative approach to health and fitness needs to be
fun, strengthen muscle tone, increase flexibility and improve cardiovascular efficiency.  With these
goals in mind, I have developed a comprehensive fitness program tailor-made in order to meet your
specific needs with the overall goal of achieving fitness and well-being.

The program includes time to warm up at the beginning of each session and then focuses on the three
key elements that make up an effective fitness plan:

  • Developing strength

  • Increasing flexibility

  • Strengthening the cardiovascular system

Sessions end with relaxation exercises that serve as a transition from the physical demands on one’s
body to a steady state of equilibrium, positive energy and health.
